Cancellations are made more than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Less than 72 hours notice of cancellation will be charged full room rate.

- The Lauerman House offers a family friendly atmosphere, and welcomes well behaved children. The M&M Victorian Inn offers a more intimate, quiet atmosphere, and ask for no children under age 10.
